NEW YORK CITY-Fabrique Innovations is occupying space at Kaufman's 48 West 38th Street. The company has inked a lease for seven years for an office and showroom space measuring 10,000 square feet in the 120,000-square-foot building located at Sixth Avenue and 38th Street.
