WASHINGTON, DC-The Department of Health and Human Services is planning to remain in its Parklawn offices. The agency has inked a lease for 15 years for 935,386 square feet at 5600 Fishers Lane near the Twinbrook Metro station.

HHS currently occupies nearly 1.2 million square feet in the building, owned by the JBG Cos. and Somerset Development. The developers are planning to improve the building through the summer 2014.
