
BUFFALO-A law firm based in Buffalo has purchased a century-old office building in downtown Buffalo and plans to relocate its offices from the Main Place Tower into the Main Street building. Ricotta & Visco has acquired the four-story, 11,000-square-foot tower at 496 Main St. from Kent Keating for $385,000.
Ricotta & Visco acquired the building through its affiliate, Valledolmo LLC. The company will move to the new location later this year once the $1.5-million renovation gets completed. For the full story, go to Business First.
