CHICAGO-LG Development Group has started construction work on a retail project spanning 9,200 square feet in Bucktown. California-based Native Foods Cafe has leased nearly a third of the space in the area where the retail project is coming up.

The storefronts range between 1,445 and 3,765 square feet. LG Development Group partnered with New York-based Jenel Management Corp. and Chicago-based Lipe Property Co. to purchase the four retail storefronts.
