PHOENIX-A Phoenix affiliate of New Jersey-based Mack Co. has acquired Whispering Wind Corporate Center, a two-story office complex at 2205 and 2225 W. Whispering Wind Drive in Deer Valley, for an amount of $5.7 million. The office property, which measures 75,100 square feet, was held by a court-appointed receiver on behalf of JP Morgan Chase, the lender.
