BOSTON-Ocean State Job Lot, a retailer based in Rhode Island, has opened its 101st location. The company has leased a property measuring 176,924 square feet at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway in Saugus for its new store.
The retailer has leased the property from Massachusetts-based Gerondelis Foundation Inc. enlisted to Gregory C. Demakis at 180 W. Shore Drive in Marblehead. Marc Perlman, one of the founders of Ocean State, has said that the company is planning to add more stores in Massachusetts in the near future.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
