NEW YORK CITY-Related Co. is planning to open a new residential project, known as MiMA, on West 42nd Street this year. This new development has a price tag of $800 million.
The 63-story tower includes a boutique hotel and restaurant, 500 rental apartments, an off-Broadway theater and 161 condo units. Other amenities to be included in the residential project are barbeque facilities, a game room, an outdoor movie screening terrace, a dog spa and a 24-hour Equinox fitness club.
