NEW YORK CITY-Swissmaker is planning to open its first New York location. The candy concern has signed a 10-year lease for 1,700 square feet at 723 Seventh Avenue situated between 48th and 49th streets.
The company has a renewal option for five years. The asking rent for the space was $25,000 per month. Brad Schwarz from Sierra Realty fixed the space for Swissmaker.
