LOS ANGELES-Encino-based illi Commercial Real Estate has facilitated a lease deal with ASA Wireless for a retail space in Burbank. The tenant has leased nearly 975 square feet in Cornell Plaza.
ASA Wireless has signed the lease deal for five years and it will join other six tenants in the mall. The lease consideration for the retail space totals more than $100,000.
