LAKELAND, FL-Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate from Lakeland has closed two deals for citrus groves in Polk County for a total amount of $2,015,000. A 163-acre grove situated in Dundee was changed hands for $1,475,000 and a 67-acre grove situated in Lake Wales changed hands for $540,000.
