WASHINGTON, DC-Grosvenor and The JBG Cos. have closed a construction loan amounting to $40.95 million for their District Condos project at Swan Street and 14th Street NW. Construction work on the condo project will start next week.
The District Condos project comprises a 125-unit condo and retail. It will include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and studio. The project, expected to be finished in summer 2012, will come up on the former Witman-Walker Clinic site.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
