MILWAUKEE-Illinois-based First Hospitality Group Inc. has acquired the Loyalty building situated in downtown Milwaukee and is now planning to turn the building into a hotel. First Hospitality was trading to purchase the Loyalty and Mackie buildings on the corner of North Broadway and East Michigan Street.
The company is planning to convert the Loyalty building into a 200-room hotel and use the Mackie building as offices. Emory & Co., who has occupied space in the Loyalty building, will move out by July 31.For the full story, go to The Business Journal.
