SEATTLE-New York-based Morgan Stanley and Lafayette, California-based Orchard Partners have acquired their facility in the Puget Sound area. The joint venture has purchased the Auburn Logistics Center, a two-building, 885,263-square-foot complex at 1201 C St. N.W. in Auburn, from Atlanta-based Invesco.
Invesco bought the property, which sits on a 45.5-acre site, in 2005 for $53.9 million. Brett Hartzell, Matt O'Brien and John Gilliland from CB Richard Ellis represented Invesco in the deal.For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal.
