LOS ANGELES-Encino-based Ethan Christopher LLC and an unnamed institutional medical office building investor have acquired Wilbur Medical Plaza, a 53,125-square-foot medical office building at 5620 Wilbur Ave. in Tarzana. The joint venture has purchased the property from West Hollywood-based Atlantic Pearl Investments Inc. for $14.1 million or about $266 per square foot.
