PHOENIX-Mach 1 Global Services has become the first tenant in the Goodyear Point complex. The company has signed a lease for 262,000 square feet Goodyear Point, a multi-tenant industrial facility measuring 418,200 square feet at 2950 South Litchfield Road in Goodyear.
The new location will serve as a distribution facility for Mach 1. In the lease negotiation, Lee & Associates and Jackson & Cooksey represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Sun Life Assurance Co., the property owner.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
