LOS ANGELES-Amid the expansion project of Westfield's Warner Center mall is on its way through the city's approval process, the mall operator is preparing to develop the right portfolio for the site. The Village at Westfield Topanga, a mixed-use project, has reached the regulatory process.

The development spanning 1 million square feet will include nearly 100 restaurants and stores, a multi-story office complex and a 275-room boutique hotel.
