LOS ANGELES-New Aspect Design has enlarged its headquarters space in North Hollywood. The company has acquired nearly 5,000 square feet of industrial building at 7419 Bellaire Avenue from Torrance-based Farmer Bros. Co. for $700,000 or about $140 per square foot.
The company is planning to occupy nearly half of the industrial warehouse and lease the remaining half to a tenant. Roger Abuata of SoCal Realty & Mortgage represented the buyer, while Alter 360 represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
