SAN DIEGO-Omninet Capital LLC of Beverly Hills has acquired the Rancho Serra Mesa Shopping Center at 3332 Sandrock Drive and 3202-3304 Greyling Drive in Serra Mesa for an amount of $6.7 million. The company purchased the center from Douglas Wilson Cos., the receiver, in a distressed property deal.

The CVS Pharmacy-anchored center sits on a 4.69-acre site. Mark Caston, Kendrick Askey and Tony O'Neill from Voit Real Estate Services negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
