CHICAGO-A 1.4-million foreclosure lawsuit hits two adjacent Lakeview apartment buildings. Fifth Third Bank affirms that a venture headed by George Bahramis, a real estate developer, has failed to repay a loan on the 3923-27 N. Clarendon Ave. properties that came due last fall.
Bahramis and his partner were personally involved in securing the loan for the two properties, and now they are named as offenders in the lawsuit. The complaint was filed in Cook County Circuit Court on February 16.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
