OAKLAND, CA-RSGF Granada Building, an associate of Jonathan Rose Co., has acquired the El Granada at Sather Gate building situated at the southeast corner of Telegraph Avenue and Bancroft Way in Berkeley for $18.5 million. The new owner has plans to make the three-story, 46,000-square-foot complex greener.
The complex contains retail stores on the ground floor and 46 apartments on the upper two floors. Roessler Real Estate's Jim Roessler teamed up with Orinda-based Nadine Whisnant to market the property.For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
