SAN DIEGO-Location Matters Brokerage Services has facilitated a lease deal in San Diego. Terra Restaurant & Bar has signed a lease for 10 years for 3,325 square feet at 7091 El Cajon Blvd.
Terra Restaurant & Bar has leased the space for $464,170. The new eatery will replace the old Leonardo's Italian Restaurant.
