MIAMI-Wexford Science & Technology has completed a lease deal with Novak Druce + Quigg LLP. The law firm will occupy space within the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park's Innovation Center for its new Miami office.
The 252,000-square-foot facility will house offices, labs, lab-ready development suites and retail space. Terms of the lease deal were not revealed. Other tenants in the UMLSTP include Daya Medicals, the Enterprise Development Corporation of South Florida (EDC) and the University of Miami Tissue Bank.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
