ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed a lease deal for an office space in East Orlando. Van Dyke Gynecology has signed a lease for seven years for the professional office space measuring 2,706 square feet in La Vina Office at Lake Nona located at 9161 Narcoossee Road.
The tenant has leased suite B209 from Orlando-based Ripley's International, LLC. Richard Schauseil with Charles Rutenberg Realty represented the tenant, while Mary Frances West of NAI Realvest represented the building owner in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
