SARASOTA, FL-Regency Centers has closed two retail center leases in Florida. Zoom Tan has leased 1,200 square feet of space at Berkshire Commons in Naples and 1,900 square feet of space at Beneva Village Shops in Sarasota.
Beneva Village Shops, a 141,532-square-foot shopping center at 3578 Clark Road in Sarasota, is 92% occupied. Berkshire Commons, an 110,062-square-foot center at 7055 Radio Road in Naples, is fully leased.
