NEW YORK CITY-Fred Alger Management is relocating to 360 Park Ave. South. The company has signed a sublease deal for 10 years with Reed Elsevier for 46,000 square feet on the second and third floors of 360 Park Ave. South.
The asking rent for the space was in the mid-$40s range. Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both Fred Alger Management and Reed Elsevier.For the full story, go to New York Post.
