CANNES, FRANCE-The newly formed JV between Allianz and industrial owner AMB is ready to start doing deals, says Joe Valente head of investment strategy for Allianz, here at the recent MIPIM conference. He also spoke with GlobeSt.com's John Salustri about the global investment climate.
