JACKSONVILLE, FL-Austin, Texas-based Castle Hill Partners has acquired a portfolio of Class C multi-housing properties situated in Jacksonville for a total amount of $23.6 million. The acquired multifamily properties are The Woods at Mandarin, Club at Charter Point in Arlington, Cross Creek on the Westside and City Rich in Arlington.
