WASHINGTON, DC-Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a restaurant based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has leased the Village at Leesburg development. The eatery will occupy more than 5,826 square feet of space in suite 100 of the project's 1606 block.
Cypress Equities is the developer of the project. Construction is expected to start in the Q2 of 2011. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by H&R Retail's Jim Crilley, while the landlord was represented by KLNB Retail's Susan Pan and Dimitri Georgelakos.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
