CINCINNATI-A local private apartment operator has purchased the Mayridge Apartments, an apartment community consisting of 108 units at 3179 Mayridge Court in Westwood, for $1.9 million or about $17,361 per unit. The garden-style community, constructed in 1964, comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom suites.
The apartment community is situated close to retail, restaurants and grocery on Glenway Avenue. The Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing group from CB Richard Ellis handled the sale on behalf of Mayridge Properties Inc., the seller.For the full story, go to Business Courier.
