NEW YORK CITY-Nearly 20 New York City KFC outposts have hit the auction block. The eateries are in different locations: 2 in Manhattan - one on Lenox Avenue, between East 145th and East 146th streets, and another on East 106th Street and Third Avenue - 8 in Brooklyn and 10 in Queens.

Eateries, which are still functioning, average 2,000 square feet. Paul and Joseph Panzarella, the former proprietors of KFC franchises, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year. The auction will be held on June 9.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
