AUSTIN, TX-Oxford Commercial has negotiated a sublease deal in Austin. A marketing automation and automated demand generation company, Eloqua Ltd. has signed a sublease agreement with Sailpoint Technologies.
The company has subleased 3,243 square feet at One Far West. In the lease transaction, Eloqua was represented by Ted Doucet from Oxford Commercial, and SailPoint Technologies was represented by Rick Whitely, also from Oxford Commercial.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
