CHICAGO-The building that accommodates the Ford Center for the Performing Arts/Oriental Theatre is listed on the sale block. The 226,666-square-foot office portion of the Oriental Theatre building at 32 W. Randolph St. was listed on the market for $19.5 million or about $86 per square foot.
The property is acquired by an $8-milion loan issued by Eurohypo A.G. The Loan will mature in September 2017. Marcello Campanini and John Slivka of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the 22-story building in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
