
NEW YORK CITY-A 124-year-old building located at the center of the Upper West Side is listed on the market with an asking price of $13.5 million. The 241-247 Columbus Avenue mixed-use building at 71St Street houses retail tenants including Harry's Burritos, Clarins and Paige Premium Denim.
