NEW YORK CITY-The William J. Clinton Foundation is relocating to 77 Water St. from 55 W. 125 St. The firm will occupy the entire 18th-floor space spanning 25,227 square feet at 77 Water St.
The 10-year sublease deal is from Goldman Sachs and the direct lease with proprietorship expires in 2021. The asking rent for the space was $40 per square foot, but the tenant got the deal for somewhere in the $30s.
