ALEXANDRIA, VA-Invesco has closed a lease deal in Virginia. CoStar Group Inc. has reported that Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC has extended its lease at King Street Metroplace in Alexandria through November 2020.
The law firm has leased 57,570 square feet of space at the six-story office building located at 1737 King St. It will occupy the fourth and fifth floors. Buchanan Ingersoll has been occupying space in the office building since its development in 1998 by The Peterson Cos. LC.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
