ST. LOUIS-Palm Beach Gardens, Florida-based Foresight Energy is planning to relocate its headquarters to St. Louis. The company has leased 16,000 square feet at Metropolitan Square, an office building measuring more than one million square feet at 211 N. Broadway in downtown St. Louis.
Foresight Energy has leased the space for $352,000 or about $22 per square foot. Brokers from Jones Lang LaSalle represented both the tenant and the property ownership in the lease deal.For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal.
