FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Las Olas City Centre, a 408,079-square foot tower at 401. E. Las Olas Blvd. in downtown Fort Lauderdale, has hit the sales block. Bank of America is occupying space at the 23-story tower.

The majority owner of the property is San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties. Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp., the building's developer, also holds a minority stake in the Las Olas building.
