BALTIMORE-General Growth Properties has announced that Northwestern Mutual is moving 70 employees to an office space spanning nearly 17,000 square feet on the 25th-floor of Harborplace Tower at 111 S. Calvert St. towards the end of this year. Northwestern Mutual, which has its current offices on Light Street in the Harbor Court building, has leased the new office space from GGP.
