Sustainability Returns Still Unclear

CANNES, FRANCE-The subject might no longer be on the back burner as the economy improves, but the value of green buildings is still in question.

CANNES, FRANCE-Interest in sustainability is on the upswing again now that the recession is ending, but the value of these assets is coming into question and rating systems are unclear, says Liz Peace, chief executive officer of the British Land Federation. She spoke with GlobeSt.com's John Salustri here at the annual MIPIM conference.
