INDIANAPOLIS-The Indianapolis Metropolitan Development Commission has approved a rezoning and variance request for a Walgreens drugstore which will be constructed on the Eastside. The new Walgreens drugstore will come up at 985 Arlington Ave.
The approval will end the zoning process that took nearly a year for the development on a 1.3-acre site in the Irvington area. The new store measuring 12,500 square feet will replace the location of Donatos Pizzeria on the corner of Arlington and 10th Street.For the full story, go to Indy Star.
