MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a new lease deal for an office space in Miami. Betty Dain Creations has singed a lease for 10 years with Flagler Development for 130,000 square feet at Flagler Station located at 10505 NW 112th Ave. in Medley.
