ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of an apartment building in St. Petersburg. A limited liability company has sold Sherwood Arms, an apartment property consisting of 20 units at 2729 4th St. S., to a limited liability company for $365,000.
