ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has negotiated a lease deal for an industrial space in Oviedo. City Electric Supply Company has leased the industrial space measuring 4,800 square feet at 2464 W. SR 426 in suite 1024.
The company has leased the space from Altamonte Springs-based Oviedo Commerce Center, LLC. Dave Axel with Axel Real Estate Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while George Viele of NAI Realvest represented the landlord in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
