SANTA ANA, CA-AGR Group California LLC is planning to move its headquarters to Santa Ana from Garden Grove. The company has signed a seven-year lease for an office building measuring 17,636 square feet at 1540 E. Warner Ave. in Santa Ana.
AGR has leased the building from REEF Brookhollow Inc. for $1.8 million. Brokers from Voit Real Estate Services negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the property owner.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
