MILWAUKEE-The city of Milwaukee is following a new approach to sell foreclosed commercial properties. The city has listed the old Stooges Sports Pub located at 6700 W. Fairview Ave. for sale.
In keeping with the new sales approach, the city is listing the property for sale so that private brokers could bring potential buyers for the property.
