ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Developers are moving forward with plans for more than 500 apartments off Jamboree Road in the Irvine area. Arlington, Virginia-based AvalonBay Communities Inc. has received approval to proceed with a 179-apartment project at the crossway of Richter Avenue and Jamboree Road.
The four-story project is situated adjacent to Avalon Irvine, a 280-unit complex. Dallas-based Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC has also got approval for a 194-unit project on Kelvin Avenue and a 156-unit project just off Alton Parkway.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
