ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Fulfillment Corporation of America in Beaverton, Oregon is moving its operations from two buildings in Fullerton to an industrial site in Brea. The company is expanding its operations from 50,000 square feet to more than 70,000 square feet.
The company has inked a lease for 10 years with San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp. for 72,275 square feet at 566 Vanguard Way, a 101,280-square-foot industrial building.
