ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Largest master-planned communities are emerging up in Orange County. The La Floresta Brea project, which has been halted for nearly five years, is coming up on a 212-acre site in northeast Brea.

Brea's City Council approved the project a year ago and from then on, Chevron Land and Development Co. has been trying to sell parcels of land and preparing the site for retail and home construction.
