MILWAUKEE-Eugene Zeratsky and Leo Trautner have sold a six-unit apartment property located at 9126 W. Bluemound Road for $250,000. The apartment building was sold to Wisconsin Lutheran College.
Gordon Steimle of Milwaukee-based Ogden & Co. Inc. has said that the college will use the building as student housing. Currently, Steimle is in the process of buying one of the four apartment properties from the two investors, who had listed the properties for sale in late 2010.For the full story, go to The Business Journal.
