MILWAUKEE-The Downer Garage property situated in Milwaukee has been sold for $1.5 million. Milwaukee-based Wangard Partners Inc. has sold the property to a company managed by Robert Buhler, who controls the Open Pantry.
Classic Slice Pizzeria has already leased space in the 6,400-square-foot building at 1609 E. North Ave., while Open Pantry and Cricket Wireless will open their shops in the building this spring.
